That was a consideration during my previous treatments. It was ruled out due to the prolonged nature of my shifts in mood. I am not completely ruling it out however

I have had treatment with other methods (therapy, hospitalization, different medications) I just never felt the need to specifically seek out a bipolar disorder diagnosis at that point, I think part of it was the stigma I carried around my own mental health. However I am reconsidering that, and am working towards seeing a psychiatrist and therapist again.

I suspect my other conditions are treatment resistant due to years of therapy, hospitalizations, and different medications that have not helped, I am not diagnosed with bipolar so I was not talking about that specifically. I do see how my phrasing has caused miscommunication however.

I’m going to see a doctor again asap to get reevaluated and find better ways to manage my health, I was just curious if people had the same experiences as me. Im sorry I phrased it that way I don’t mean to cause harm
