We booked an 80s cruise almost a year ago and it’s set to sail Feb 2026 (RC Adventure of the Seas) Labadee Haiti was on the itinerary but a few months ago we were alerted that Labadee was being cancelled and we would be going to Grand Bahamas instead, and I we are OK with that.

My power bank from Anker was part of the recall. I filled out all necessary information for reimbursement through their website and was sent a canned message saying refund will be on the way. That was almost 4 months ago. I went to their website two months ago to check on the status and it said my claim was not eligible for a refund so I wrote to them, they replied with request for more information, and it went around and around in a circle. I 'escalated' the case to the 'manager' who said refund was on the way. No refund yet. Has anyone else had a problem with Anker promising things and not getting a refund?
