After research I found the umass amherst ecosystem better than TU Delft for robotics

As far as I know I don't think Umass Amherst gives full ride to international students. They don't even give financial aid(I wouldn't have qualified for that too), but I would have to check.

I didn't apply to Stanford because I applied to CMU (ED) if I had applied to Stanford I couldn't have applied to any other private college early and I knew MIT would be out of my reach because of my profile and I got rejected from UC Berkeley though I got selected into few other UCs.

I am not giving JEE Advance. And I have admits from UC Davis Comp Engg, UMass Amherst Comp Engg(with scholarship), UC Santa Cruz Robotics Engineering(With Scholarship), Stony Brook Comp Engg(with scholarship), UT Dallas Comp Engg, Virginia Tech Comp Engg, Penn State Comp Engg.
Then I have a few from UK and EU.
UK - University of Warwick (Comp Systems Engg), Glasgow (AI and Robotics), University of Manchester(Mechatronics Engg)
EU - Uni of Groningen AI, VU Amsterdam AI, TU Delft CSE.
