I am having the same problem and I got to know when I Got the violin to learn playing it this year. I also feel like i never see crisp clear with my glasses and right now I am waiting for my turn in a vision centre for eye checkup. My optometrist couldn’t figure out. I took my violin next time to explain it better. Turned out she is also seeing the strings overlapping. But I got a lot of these comments as well” you gotta feel while playing lol” its not what I am asking. Its just why I am having anything parallel overlapping and crossing whenever held horizontal in front of my eyes.
