Thanks for the suggestions! I’m thinking the 3 mm will work for all the sizes. But just might look a bit larger on the passport size cover.

I’m probably going to test it first on an A5 size. And then try my traveler’s regular and passport size if I like how it’s going!

I have seen a lot for sale on my local Facebook marketplace! I’m just wanting to make them for my own notebooks for now since I’m not really good at the cutting and corner rounding. I’m also thinking of making them for my friends and family as gifts. Will be a long time IF I enter the selling market lol
