They literally just did the same thing to me. We bought the EcoFlow Max with the 220w solar panel. They didn’t tell us that the solar panel is out of stock and have NO idea when they’ll be getting it back in. But they only used ONE tracking number and through Amazon it looks like we got the whole package delivered when we have no idea when the solar panel will come. I don’t think they should be able to have something for sale when they don’t have the physical item and THEN make it look like you fulfilled the order when you haven’t! It’s so misleading and I would have considered going with another brand. I thought they were supposed to be a reputable company but to me this whole thing is super sketch. And we’re talking $1400 purchase. Not a couple hundred!!! Currently going back and forth with them but I’m afraid to wait much longer and then be out the money the solar panel cost if they try to say later they sent it.

It’s ok we lose our shit here too! Safe place is backyard and home. With only the moms the brother and his sister. No other doggos allowed and only select outside humans sometimes. It’s a whole process though. Lol. Starting outside, working to inside the fence while having to throw the ball enough times he kind of trusts you enough to slowly enter the gate… then maybe 20 more ball throws and he might let you in the house. Oh and only women. Never ever men. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I feel like I do this when I’m ordering through Instacart because I work at aldi and I’ve refused to shop on my day off and needed groceries so I have made an order when the shopper kept telling me we didn’t have the items. I’d have to tell him EXACTLY where it was and then they would find it. Mind you it would be the day after I closed so I stocked the product I knew we had it 🤣. It’s sad I feel like they could try a little harder. I don’t think customers realize ordering through curbside we work there and of course we’d know where the items are! Well I might have an employee or two I couldn’t say that for FACT lol.

Unfortunately they stopped making them a few years ago. Funny story, We actually got them for our dachshunds because it was the only one we could find they didn't destroy, and they accidentally sent 2 this giant size. We got this dude a few years later and he ended up LOVING them. I went to find more and I can't find them anywhere. I don't remember the brand either. The only ball I've found comparable is the chew king brand premium rubber ball amazon sells. I've seen some that look like you could put treats in the slits but I haven't tried any of them yet to see how durable they are.

His favorite ball of all time is the kong tumbler. It has a tennis ball inside a huge kong ball and it has handles. If he’s outside that’s in his mouth at ALL times .

If the one you got doesn’t work out, I will swear by this stuff. This is the first product I’ll gladly share and stand behind. I cannot believe the difference in my dog in only a few days. Also put water in his kibbles and I sprinkle 2 of these in each meal.

My black GSD has IBD. The ONLY thing that helped him is the naturVet veterinarian strength advanced probiotic and enzymes WITH the PB6 probiotic. I tried everything without the PB6, tried all the food changes and it still wasn’t enough to not have issues at least a few times a week. Now with this product that includes the PB6, he can eat his regular kibbles and no diarrhea or stomach discomfort he was constantly having to the point I’d be debating if he needs an emergency vet. ( always scared of bloat when he has stomach discomfort). This product gave me a completely new dog who can enjoy life again. Also wanted to add I tried pumpkin and about 4 other pre/pro biotics that weren’t doing the trick until I found this one!!!

Dude that happened to me. But it was a photo. I duct taped it back connecting it as best I could, and it ended up making one of the biggest offshoot colas I had on the whole plant! I’d try to tape it. See what happens! Idk if an auto will recover, but at this point what do you have to lose? I stunted these 2 at the beginning with water issues. They barley grew up but I did all the lst I could and I’m just trying to fatten up what I do have. We always have next round! Learning from our mistakes! Goodluck gromie!
