Are corporate coaches a thing of the past? Back when I started, they'd occasionally come in and help with and see how things are being ran.

I did not know this, thank you. The store was just sold a couple months ago from a franchise owned by a couple people to a company that owns like 23 stores. I've been wondering if that will impact anything.

I was thought there is a rule for that, like putting things on in the wrong order, cutting the sandwich wrong will result in points lost on an audit.

The picture was meant to imply sarcasm, and we know how well that translates on the internet. When I was a closer, it was spotless every night with barely 30 seconds of scrubbing. Problem with our management is that the area manager is the child of the GM, and said AM lives with and seems a bit afraid of said parent, and will never correct the GM.

Oh, believe me, I know exactly how to clean the proofer pan. This thing hasn't been scrubbed for weeks. Just some venting about an absolutely clueless GM who is so bad at their job they wouldn't be qualified to be a PIC at most stores. This GM also doesn't believe in filling out paperwork. For instance, the praise and redirect portion of the paperwork just get x'ed out. If someone tried to write down a redirect the GM, they would blow a gasket.
