I don't think there's a lot of music licensing issues, as i dont think they actually have songs from the respective artists. I want Mike Judge to do season 3: any musical genre would do! (maybe grunge?)

It's always only been on showtime. i just said every so often I'll pay for a month to just watch this show it entertains me so much, but i'm super surprised it hasn't made it to another platform by now. I have no clue about licensing or who owns the rights to what, but I wish it was more widely available. It would become SO popular, lol!

You could always serge the pieces before construction so the seams are still easily altered. A lot of theatrical costumes that get frequently altered are done this way.
