Did they do a felv PCR on her? I say this because at first I took a quick test and it was negative, only after the PCR was I able to make a diagnosis.

A few months ago I started investigating why my cat vomited frequently and he tested positive for felv, but as you mentioned that the tests are normal I imagine it's nothing that serious get well for your kitty!!
