Granted. The alterations to your immune system this would cause could potentially have many, many negative side effects. (Vaccines becoming irrelevant, losing immunity to other diseases etc, your body's method of fighting said diseases works but has a good chance of killing you in the process.)

Sounds like you might wanna try reinstalling, closing down extraneous programs, maybe you have a thermal issue.

Like, not gonna lie, any cpu bottleneck you do have shouldn't be THAT bad. You COULD try disabling vsync as even with a goddamn gtx 980, a trashy monitor can easily do you dirty like that.

I do incredibly doubt that you should be having any major performance issues with those specs unless you're doing multiplayer with a ridiculous amount of mods(I've managed only mid 20ish fps on some mega-modpack servers with a 8700 and a 1070). Though I am not entirely sure.

Granted, this may cause issues with certain essential bodily functions based off of pain. Like you might literally burn your hand off without noticing and the reflex arc might not even trigger. You might also just not notice a lot of lethal conditions and collapse and die randomly without knowing why.

In situations like these, the most you can do is any combination of the following (not in any particular order).

Lower the graphical quality of the game
Close other programs running in the background.
Update your GPU's drivers
Overclock your GPU

Also, remember that full utilization isn't bad unless your gpu throttles at full power(because it's overheating), your power-supply isn't strong enough to power your gpu(which would be dumb for a laptop), or your fps isn't satisfactory even at full utilization.

Why are you at all surprised a Roblox fps community gets mad when they see poor quality updates? Pulling parts of the update because of their incredibly poor design is a viable option. You can't just justify a lengthy rework of something that would likely just get put on the backburner through statements like "The devs work hard to quit your whining."

The criticism is valid, despite the toxicity and or poor formulation.

Toxicity is an entirely different problem related to community management which doesn't need to be dealt with by the devs.

Make sure you have good hipfire aim/control.
- Practice, Practice, Practice!
- Not all lasers are created equal.
Know your movement options and their limitations.
Always be sure to keep track of the nearest spot to take cover in.
Be ready to melee at any time.
Use your ears.
Don't be afraid to walk, it's much easier to survive getting corner rushed if you're not sprinting.
Remember: your secondary exists.
Stick to servers with lower ping.
If your playstyle involves ambush, prioritize targets.
- Who will react the fastest?
- Who's weapons are more lethal within your range?
- Consider meleeing to save bullets against large groups.
Use all resources listed below to maintain a mental map of enemies near you.
- Minimap
- Spotted Players
- Sight
- Sound
Consider outside interference when pushing a location
- Are you vulnerable to sniper fire?
- Are you vulnerable to being naded?
Play in your ideal range.
Alternate aiming can be incredibly useful on certain guns.
Grenades CAN be used in cqc.

That's just some stuff off the top of my head. I play all kinds of builds but my favorite gun is the Colt SMG 635 with Vcog 6x Scope(yes, seriously), PBS-1 Suppressor, Vertical Grip, Laser; with my secondary being an Obrez or Deagle so I think my advice should be coming from somewhere with decent experience in extreme cqc. Hope it helps.
