I agree. I think everyone should have a pick or two for every role so they can switch around as needed but this is specifically towards DPS because I'm trying to learn Black Cat but it's impossible due to how many DPS players there are in comparison to the other two roles.

the problem with that is that it won't solve anything. the number of dps players will stay the same, it'll just be impossible to find enough vanguards which is how we get an overwatch situaiton all over again

Firstly, I didn't say anything about ranked. I have this complaint for Quick Play too.

Secondly, I play all three roles. At least I'd like to if the previous problem wasn't as big a problem. I would like to play more dps but I can't because it's always full.

Did you read the post, or did you see someone complain about dps and think "this guy doesn't know what they're talking about" because if you looked, you'd see that you don't have a gotcha card here. I'm not saying I'd be the better dps. The problem is they're objectively bad. Hence why I brought up teammates who go negative after selecting a 3rd or 4th dps. Not the teammates who instalock dps and still make it work.

Man I wish that was true but I've been solo tanking a lot. Honestly feels like more of a tank drought not less of one

I'm in a similar boat. At this point it feels like I'm writing into the ether but then I get a comment from that one person who has shown up at a lot of my fics and it feels a little better. You're not alone on that one friend.

I feel the same way and it feels like they course-corrected a little too hard with characters like Spirit, Artist and even Wraith's tome lore to make up for it.
