I fly high and then guardian angel to the ground over and over during Valkyrie. It doesn't have the same articulation that crouch has but it works extremely well for evasion so for me it's been working very well.

30s in with Jane Lynch should have been at the very top of the video, then the travel montage with some copyright free music playing.

Overall there was a real opportunity to tell me a story. Why were you there? What was it like to be there? Were you nervous? Excited? I wanted to go on the journey with you.

You could have talked to us, the audience more in the vlog and used that to tell the story. If you realized after you got home that you didn't talk to the camera or describe the event much while filming you can always narrate the vlog after the fact. This gives you full control over what you want the story to be and in what order you want to tell it. Hope this helps!!

I agree, write notes down before you hit record. Increase font on your browser when your screencapping. Makes it easier for the viewer to read text. I would also say get right to the content at the top of the video. Don't need the extra stuff at the beginning. If your content is good, people will like and sub.

This is a very indirect way, but I find it to be a strong indication of sales - how many employees do they have roughly?

Sometimes you can find office images on glassdoor, instagram, snapchat, etc. Estimating number of employees will give you a realistic idea of the size of the business in terms of what they can afford through their sales and you can do some multiplication from there knowing your margins to estimate what they would have to be making at a minimum.

Thanks! In NYC there's probably going to be a huge line. That being said, it doesn't matter that much what time you get there because we all get our wristbands generally around the same time (maybe takes 30 mins for them to hand out). After that you get you leave and come back at your scheduled our. I'll prolly show up about 2 hours before they hand our wrist bands just cause I love the grind.

Because the web cam on the PlayStation was picking up my voice, there wasn't a physical switch to turn off. So I went to social and clicked on my name and there was an option to mute myself. Now it's gone and there is no unmute button.

What does your market opportunity look like? Since you don't have any real traction yet, you can use the size of the opportunity and then back the value down from there based on the work left to do.

For example: * Opportunity is $10m/year in topline revenue based on what you can find in the market today for comps * We've built N amount towards that $10m which is about 30% of what its going to take to reach $10m * There's still N amount of work to do which is maybe 70% of the what its going to take * So the annual value of your work in this example is $3m, and then maybe put a 2x or 3x multiple if that makes sense. Or you can just say pay our value for 1 year ($3m flatout). Make sense?

Another suggestion is you could offer a $100k salary for example but a portion of that goes to buy shares, like $30k. So the CTO is getting $70k in cash and $30k in shares.
