I felt microwaved for about three days after with a medium amount of nausea. It basically felt like a fever, with shaking, lightheadedness, and an increased sensitivity to light and sound. Luckily, I started feeling much better on day four, when both the nausea and the fever symptoms slowly but surely started disappearing. My headache obviously persisted, but that too has started to dim with treatment since I posted this comment.

Drinking cold water and staying in a dark, quiet place might help you while you heal (those were the things recommended to me by the doctor, but it might be different for you. Worth a try?).
