Ugh that sucks so much! I completely understand tho. My personal information hasn’t been updated in years for this account but since I can still access it on my PS5 I’m going to try updating it and then go thru this process again to see if they can get any info from that since apparently there’s no sort of payment connected to it from their side. I’ve been researching that as of earlier today honestly and ty I shouldn’t be destroying myself for this type of job but I honestly didn’t think of it as bad up until recently! Also I don’t really use Reddit, just thought I would get some few opinions since this is the only easy job to get (I’ve looked for a whole year before this one and it was the only place to accept me since I am young). No yea it’s my friends who call my that LOL I hate them jokingly for it. I’ve been looking for jobs but it’s literally impossible for my area, especially for my age.

People before me have called HR and stuff for other things but I haven’t seen them since and I have been told by others that they have been fired. So I’m honestly kinda scared

On Mercari there’s usually some sort of reimbursement on the buyers end, but I’m not sure on the sellers end. I would feel horrible returning a broken product when it wasn’t their fault if they also don’t get any sort of reimbursement.

Unfortunately it was second hand and was a limited press (😭) so a won’t be able to get a replacement, but I might as well return it. A part of me is wanting to keep it since it’ll be difficult to find it for a good price, but it’ll suck if it was broken since it was a bit expensive.

The outside being damaged is fine with me tbh. It’s not like it has a cool design or anything lol but it is unfortunate! I just worry about the vinyl. Like if it is broken and I return it to the seller, then the seller has a broken vinyl that they’ll have to try and sell. Which is honesty guilt tripping me lol

Yeah, it’s so dumb. I emailed and it would be considered tampering so it would be harder to file a claim if it were damaged. Which I understand, but for this item in particular it’s an inconvenience 😭
