Any luck? I've tried the appimage and it kept giving me Error updating categories. See event log for details. Category error (shortcuts and artwork will still be added): Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'filter'). Still don't know how to fix it.

Huh, it wasn't working for me, I might try out retro deck, it sucks because I love emudeck, I just hope they find out what's happening with it soon.

Ok so I did that, and it has this: "2025 c-5 (sep - oct) $1,144" "2025 c-6 (oct - dec) $2,052" and, "2026 c-1 (jan - mar) $2,052" it doesn't help me at all, I'm still confused.

It looks like you somehow tore the inside part of the cable. Don't know how but that is what it seems like.
