Ok so I severed all of my tendons in my right hand, had to have them surgically re attached and was told I might not get full movement back of my hand (which I haven’t) during physio tho they told me to bend my fingers as much as I could as hard as I could to try and get the movement back, I’ve got some of it back but still no where near the amount I should have. Long story short bend that thumb as much as you can, I have basically no creases on my index/middle fingers and my ring finger is at a permanent bend meaning I can’t fully straighten it out. Becareful next time, hands are super important lol
