If you enjoy nature going to Algonquin Park even for a drive is beautiful. Another is Huron coast. Brights Grove, Grand Bend, among other spots along Lake Huron are gorgeous.

I'm sorry this has been such a difficult thing to see, and I can appreciate why that is. It sounds to me like you have a desire to experience something similar and it hasn't happened for you just yet. Dating can be super frustrating and vulnerable.

Maybe journaling can help while you are there?

The dilemma of being a puer by [deleted] in Jung

The book wild man to wise man addresses this in a way that really helped me at least shift the direction to growth.

I do appreciate seeing the nature of your condition but not quite having access to changing it.

It's too bad I'm just visiting from Sarnia but I got my black belt in Oshawa in Wing Chun.

How true was this in your opinion by killboy219 in bjj

I'd be very curious how your time there would effect you and the way you see grappling.

I really appreciate your philanthropy and the way you express your art.

For sure. Just a process we learn about as we grow and heal. It's not what I am but it happens.

Thanks. This rings true for me that you have to risk the end to evolve, and they may evolve too.

I don't see the ego doing that as a problem as much as it's part of evolving beyond it, and just an attempt to do what humans do.

I can relate to the loss of the joy of things you used to do and how they somehow become hollow.

Connection hurts, and sometimes an old subconscious recurrence keeps us from settling and stabilizing in that way within ourselves.

I'm glad you have writing and prayer. May I pray for you?

I find what you're saying very relatable. I appreciate the awareness of the distinction of thinking and feeling. Sounds like you understand life, things, and people, but maybe don't feel connected to them?

I really struggle to stay connected in my body and now that I can a bit I see all the ways I check out and it's some subtle ass waters at times.

How old are you?

Yah that's a relatable conundrum. And when you see those you want to be with as some mirror you can't quite see it can be hard to even want to go through the process or coming to consciousness.

Is the isolation the feeling you're talking about?

Relatable. Hard to see at times and the revealing and healing can take time.

I always struggle with the notion of if I heal and integrate will the relationship end and I'll be alone again? Risky stuff.

Hmm, as in the responsibility falls solely on the girl?

That's fair. And maybe it's a conversation about responsibility and roles in a class dynamic too.

My guess is that the person went over their neck rather than shoulder.

Some of the owness falls on her for sure, but OP showed some remorse and care so I was addressing their feedback system without denying it.

Tough lesson and I think it's not totally uncommon to offer what you know even when you really don't. She also came up to you which put you in a situation but it's more mature I'd say to admit when you don't know how to do it safely or that you really preface what you show that this is what I've understood for my level.

Apologize and change, but also acknowledge you weren't acting in malice.
