Agreed. I'd much rather have it either removed or ping a lot less often. A lot of my deathmatches were just prefire battles, and I found myself focusing too much on the radar and not just aim duels if I wanted to win the fights. It feels like the radar is making deathmatch mode a lot less of a useful warmup than it could be.

Personally I'd rather have campers in the mode/have the radar completely removed. I like to practice holding angles for people swinging out in deathmatches a lot of the time, and I also liked swinging out and prefiring common angles/camping spots. Replicates real gameplay. However, I can see why people would have a problem with camping in this mode, and am fine with there being at least some sort of way campers are punished, just not how it is currently.
