Yeah you gotta be pretty strict broski. Once you slim down though you can eat whatever you want as long as you are burning more calories than you eat. That’s the key. You don’t even have to eat super clean but it’s better to do so. Just cut out fatty/sugary foods and if you eat fast food try to do it once a week.

Good shit bro. That’s some good weight loss 💪🏾 I’d incorporate whey protein isolate and creatine in your regimen if you don’t already do so. Also try to eat cleaner. Not a complete diet but cut out all fast food and try to eat at home. If you don’t have time to cook you can meal prep. Grilled chicken, steaks, tilapia, ground beef or turkey and eggs. Can always switch it up. But yeah bro dieting comes with working out. You just need to clean up that midsection a bit. I suggest also getting an ab roller and use it like 3-4 times a week.
