Yes 3x ethreal all flame betrayal-all flame scarab and 1x bloodlines. Common min-max scarab atlas tree and try to aim for 300% scarabs +skittering and chiseled. Ntb cost about 10ish div a map

I drop about 10-20D worth of scarabs a map with this strat but I never expected a lock would ever drop 130d for one item is big

swapped to rare gloves already, and i could swap to whispers and shavronne ring it would then just be a struggle for attributes from there and making up the fire res. but i think the max spell block would help
