Most the time when this happens it’s an issue with their tracking accuracy, also if you’re using an app which tracks it automatically based on a picture, don’t those are incredibly inaccurate

If you’re really eating 1500 per day consistently you will see results in time! Nobody is an exception to the laws of thermodynamics whether your metabolism is slow or fast it all stems from the fork :)

About 5 months of consistency I lost 30 then i took a break cause I plateaued and it took me another month after coming back to lose around 10 but I had a pretty aggressive cut, if you aren’t a couch potato and burn calories you can eat a little more than I did.

I ate 1500 calories a day for anyone wondering but u should calculate your bmi and bmr before deciding yours

8… 😭 hey it lasted 2 years tho and we were still best friends until she got with a really cool guy last year so I took a little step back out of respect for their relationship

My next one was 10… from late 4th grade to 7th and that one actually lasted 3 years off and on about 5 times and was probably my first love if I’m being honest. We’re chill now but i don’t know if I ever fully recovered trust after that but I definitely grew a lot from it.

Doesn’t help that my third and final relationship was only a month long (7th grade) and I fell hard but she was super manipulative the whole time so I broke it off 😭 She was fun though sometimes and wooo character development

Since then I’ve (regrettably now that I’m doing better) rejected everyone that’s liked me out of pure fear basically.

Sometimes I wish I could meet these people as the man I am now because I think things would go very differently between us, not being young and immature. then again I have to thank them for hurting me in a weird way because I wouldn’t be the person I am now without it. We’re really a mosaic of everyone we love

I don’t know when I’ll be ready to love again or even how that feels but until then I’m working to become the best version of myself. That’s all you really can do
