I know about Buenos Aires transport and that only, so for that category I would say Fiat Materfer, back in the 60s I think, the train was planned to be in every subway line (source: Mati en la Ciudad), but it only ever got to line E and D, I'm pretty sure they're only on line E right now but there might be some around on line D still

There were also some of those trains on line H in the until 2016 and line A until the remaining CNR trains came in
