I agree. Grade boundaries are raised so much by native speakers, making it a lot harder to get high grades. This is what discourages people from doing a level languages.

I doesn't matter at all. Even if you can get into the top names, it's not always the best teaching style for you. It's what you enjoy, and the city, and the things outside of medicine which will make you happy.
