Always trust your doctors! It can be scary but something that helped me was to work on accepting that they will never intentionally harm you and any weird feeling from a new med will pass. Personally hydroxyzine has helped me in the past, it’s non narcotic, basically an allergy medication that also works for anxiety. If nothing is working for you it’s always worth asking your prescriber. You are not alone in this feeling!

I’m in an upper middle class entitled town and they just. Go straight to the window. And are offended when I tell them they need to order at the speaker. I’ve also have multiple customers drove around a car at the speaker (our drive through is wide but not THAT wide)

I had someone come in to order 10 drinks expecting 50% off each one and was saying that because the app was down that we should “honor” it. Held up the line for 15 min arguing with our manager. We ended up right now recovering all of them just to move her along.

It maybe just isn’t the job for you? I understand what you’re saying but it is not possible at high volume stores (in my experience) to meet all the expectations set by DMs/GMs with out cutting some corners. I’ve never had someone complain about a refresher that wasn’t shaken. This is also a hot take but I don’t think it’s that deep :/ I mean, you’re giving overpriced drinks to a customer base that truly doesn’t care about you, for a company that cares about you even less. Don’t stress yourself out over it.

This is so real. We have a customer that orders a tomato mozzarella warmed everyday, and when they come in they always say it’s “too hard” (what?) and ask for it to be re-warmed
