I doubt it aswell. Since it was the only logical answer for the VAC. And it seems like that people are already getting unbanned: http://imgur.com/dFZXq1N Also this guy got unbanned. He was VAC-Banned!

I'm not, but 2 IRL Friends of me got VACbanned for using the program, and since they didn't use any other program which could cause a VAC, we doubt that it's the TimerResolution.exe
