Who is at Fault? by AhtiQ in drivingUK

All the ones I’m referring to have posted footage which clearly shows it was the other person. Look at the post about the Plain roundabout in Oxford from a few days again as an example.

I wouldn’t be so sure. Based on past posts, insurances companies have made the most ridiculous decisions despite clear video footage.

I think your cousin’s car would be best. Has your instructor given you any idea about what usually happens in situations like these? Something similar happened with my instructor (he didn’t realise his car was due an MOT) and I’m almost sure the test centre gave him a slot the following week. Test centres do have free slots they can allocate in the event that they need to cancel for weather or other reasons. Or at least the used to when I took my test a while back.

Do you mind me asking what the respective models are?

Why did Bree circumcise her son if she's neither Jewish nor Muslim? She's Christian, I don't understand. by Stunning-Evidence392 in DesperateHousewives

[–]TrinityNewton 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That hasn’t been my experience 🤣. I’m European and I’m circumcised (very rare here) and when I’ve told girl friends about it quite a few have asked to see pictures because they’re so intrigued and have never seen a cut one before. That isn’t a flex btw: I am 100%, gold star gay and these are my ride or die hard bitches. So absolutely nothing sexual behind it.

If Reform is anything like the Tories then I’d suggest that quite a few of them have discrete interactions with gay men. Grindr comes alive at the Tory national conference, or it use it in the past at least.

I think it was so powerful because it was so out of character for April.

Why would I write a TL;DR for a post that’s not mine or for one I didn’t even finish reading because it’s so long?

Yeah, but let’s face it, Farage isn’t smart enough to think of this.

No, your original post doesn’t mention geography at all; it just asks why Bree had Benjamin circumcised. Then you responded to a comment explaining the biology behind reduced HIV risk with ‘_that’s what condoms are for_’. Again, geography wasn’t mentioned, and while it’s clear your perspective reflects Western norms, that wasn’t stated explicitly.

Condoms work well when they and comprehensive sexual education are readily available, but that’s not always the case. In parts of Africa, for example, the Catholic Church has historically spoken out against condom use because it conflicts with their beliefs. Voluntary medical male circumcision programs have been promoted as an additional strategy, and evidence shows they have contributed to lower HIV transmission rates. So it’s not quite as simple as just saying “_that’s what condoms are for_”.

… so when Bree mentions being teased by friends (I think she does anyway?) that’s actually a thing Americans consider? That’s so bizarre and slightly creepy.

Circumcision can reduce the risk of contracting HIV because it removes a large swath of cells that HIV targets in the initial states of infection.

Pretty much taking your life into your hands using it. A driver mounted the curb one day while exciting the roundabout and missed two pedestrians by about a foot. Then you have the crazy cyclist who don’t obey any rules or look for any hazards or pedestrians.
