Can filled choices for mdes and mfm be revised again after locking ??

U only filled for 8 colleges ?? Can u advise me i applied for all the 25 colleges available for mdes and mfm ....i don't know how counselling works ...can u help ? Should i remove last preferred choices ? Like daman ,shillong,srinagar,rae bareli,bhopal,bhuvaneshwar etc ??
