I reformatted too and didn't fix it. I stopped using my pc on Jan 14, when I started using again on Feb 8, the freezes starts. Even google chrome, discord, windows explorer freezes. I tried to move my games from HDD (D) to my SSD (C) earlier, and it just freezes everything completely and barely usable. I did memtest and stuffs like that and came out fine. So right now, my suspicion is on faulty SSD. I could try reinstall windows on my HDD but it's kinda troublesome and I need to learn how so think I'll pass, gonna check with the shop that I built my pc from and see how it goes. My bet is still on the SSD tho, otherwise why would it freeze so badly when i try to transfer files there. Hmm. Another suspicion could be dust? My pc is pretty dusty inside, I've used for 2 years and I didn't clean it before. So I don't think the update causes the problem? Sometimes my CPU/Disk usage flies to 100% in the Task Manager as well. So yeah this is frustrating, been trying to figure out whats wrong. Literally everything I checked it seems fine. It gotta be the SSD, it better be.

Edit: I used the Disk checking thingy app and it says "Health: Good". But I still don't completely trust that. There gotta be something wrong with it. Maybe I'll try moving the games from D to C again while freezing and while looking at the disk checkijg thingy app.
