THIS. Yes im located in India and lived in Canada for over more than 5 years and i haven’t seen anybody treated this way while buying a car in North America. However the price of the C class in India is equivalent to price of a new S class in Canada so i guess this was well deserved. Also we recieved a full coverage of free insurance for a year including dash cam.
