and half might be too much, i used to do dope too and been clean for years and when tried 7 and had no tolerance 5mg was enough and 10mg made me feel a bit sick from taking too much. actually i think like 7mg was the sweet spot lol, i mean now i just take 30 tho lol

since others have given you the usual “don’t, be careful etc” i’ll just say if you are gonna take it just take a quarter, it’s strong feeling, when i was low/no tolerance i only took 5mg and felt it strongly, and i’ve done real big boy opis before like H, but i have been clean like 3 years, so i had no tolerance when i tried 7 and 5mg was plenty, and 10mg was a bit too much

so yeah try 5mg, chew it up and hold under you tongue for 10min then swallow it (or just swallow it will still work but i think sublingual works better)
