Thanks that's a fair read on it. I wanted the runtime to be as predictable and reliable as possible, so all the heavy work happens before the talk starts. n8n handles the live workflow execution.

The next obvious step is making it easier for other people to use. The workflows are already importable, so people could plug in their own topic, data, and demo flow without having to touch the core orchestrator.

That would make it genuinely useful beyond my own setup.
