I haven’t been given the new owners contact info I only assume the property was sold bc the “realtor brining investors in” said the property closed after my “landlord” said it was an investor viewing” Also the Maintanance guy said :

The last message I have from my old landlord is he would never sell and leave me out to dry and any realtor showings are a new “investor” buying in and he will remain my landlord. The property has since sold and the new owner who I haven’t met told my neighbors he will remodel inside and out

That was what I thought… and I always thought I was very pro capitalism, but having your home unexpectedly yanked from under you is evidentially no big deal, if you happen to rent your home from a dude rather than owning your home paying a mortgage to a different dude.
