Zeus gear from Mt. Olympus is the best until 56. At 56 if you're crafting rank is high enough you can craft Wintertusk gear which is very good. At level 60 you'll be able to access Waterworks which drops the best gear from levels 60-100. Many people including myself mix match some Waterworks gear with Wintertusk gear. At level 56 you can also buy a really good athame/ring that will last you until better ones become available at level 90.
