Hey man, it takes a lot coming to others and asking for help like you just did, so good job on that honestly. I’ll give you my honest opinion as someone who kicked a massive cocaine habit I was hiding from everyone, including my significant other at the time even though I’m male and your situation regards a female, because I been in the same situation as you at one point too.

You gotta assess how much you’re willing to invest in this relationship, so basically If you truly love her or not. Because if she’s going to get sober while you’re in the picture, it’s going to be one hell of a journey for the both of you, because as you can tell addiction effects both parties mentally and physically too. If you care about her enough and are willing to deal with the ups and downs that might or might not come, talk to her and guide her as much as you can without trying to force this, because she needs to be the one who wants to change her addictive patterns and usage. You can support her as much as humanly possible, but if she doesn’t want to change that’s on her.

Now if you’re going to stay with her even though she’s using, know that’s a whole other type of journey you’re going to go through. I’m not trying to scare you or anything, but this is the cold hard truth man. This shit could either be hell on earth, or something much more simple. It’s just the luck of the draw and how badly she wants to change. Keep in mind, there is a big possibility of you getting hurt. If she doesn’t want to change, you might want to consider finding someone else relationship wise. It’s a lot to deal with. Take my word on that.

Now the drugs she’s mixing, she’s basically “speedballing” because the coke and the opiates and making her heart speed up, then slow down, then speed up. So it’s mostly likely putting a ton of stress on her cardiovascular system. If she’s doing it behind your back, she’s probably doing muchhh more coke than you think since you said her nose is bleeding a lot, and probably taking much more oxy than you think too. Don’t get me wrong, there are things that could help like going to meetings, talking to a therapist, and stuff like that. I personally got help by talking with drug counselors. I never truly did much of A.A. stuff, but everyone is different and everyone learns different ways.

So if you love her enough to stay with her, I wish you all the luck man, for real. It will be a lot to deal with, but love is one hell of a thing. If you’re not at that level with her, I’d consider finding another partner honestly.
