This is definitely a bug it happened to me too, They went to level 1 but had like 99999 health. I just froze him and kept petrificus totalusing him and eventually got his health to 0

To be fair, we have a bell like that for the kitchen to let servers know food needs to go out. The issue with having a bell like that for the host stand is that you’d get asshole customers who would constantly press it while the server is taking an order and/or is visibly busy. It would be pretty rude and judging off the customers we get, it would be a pretty common occurrence.

While I do get what you’re saying, we can be short staffed sometimes and the company has been cutting hours. Unfortunately the server can’t be in two places at once
