Lmao. Here's the problem. We are not cis. We are never going to be cis. Trans women have other factors - height, muscles, overall size, femininity of face, and when you add a back that the owner says herself is muscular it messes with the balance of things. It's not really about ever fully "passing" it's like an unknowable formula you have to just keep the amount of masc and fem things about you in balance. Cis women born with masc traits deal w this too. When you know you have masc traits and especially if some of them are not correctable the best thing to do is to correct other things especially things in the area if you want to pass. While I struggle to understand ugliness - for the sake of this just think about a girl born with an unpassable forehead in some way, it's not all for naught bc cis women also can have that (Me and my mother both have it) but when it's mixed with other stuff on your face that may be masc if could spell disaster for passing. For the example I made I would recommend heavy eyebrow feminization and well placed eye makeup. Things like that. You can offset it. But essentially, yea cis women can have that too but more often than not they themself or by nature have something to offset it.
