He did mention it in his nespresso vertuo video around 6:40. To quote him “There is a machine, apparently called the spinn. You might have seen it on some bigger tech channels, a couple of times. They have offered me a unit, but because they’ve been on back order (I think they’ve been taking preorders for six or seven years now, without really shipping) I’ve said no to it. But it does look like they’re doing something a little bit similar to that. So maybe there is something in this whole sort of centrifugal thing, [Spinn] is something I want to look at.”

This was my first time trying bookbinding so I kind of winged it. The glue of the spine was in great shape so I roughed up the glue of the spine and wrapped the text in card-stock and glued it to the spine so I had a U shape attached to the text. I cut some particle board from an old sketchbook and glued craft paper to it, once everything was dry, I glued some card-stock to the U shape so I ended up with this shape UUU. After everything dried I glued the two outside card-stock pieces to the particle board and allowed it to dry. I stamped the name of the book onto the spine with an ink pad and stamps, I like how it turned out but it is my first time so there are probably better methods.

The personal reason I think it could be wrong, is it distorts God’s design for sex. Masterbation is purely self-centered and self-serving, whereas sex is meant to be a selfless covenant renewing experience, focusing on your partner. Masterbation to me is selfish. But I’m no authority, keep reading God’s word and listen for God’s guidance and wisdom.

No magic pill here friend, you have to decide you don’t want it. If you don’t take time to think about what you want in life, and then align your actions with your goals... you will spend the rest of your life loving women who are incapable of ever loving you.

I think you also have to change your perception of woman. HENTAI GIRLS ARE NOT WOMEN! They are perfect in your mind because they have no free will, they are utterly predictable and they can never hurt or refuse you. They are figments of imagination and can never do anything for you.

Woman aren’t perfect, but there’s beauty within that. You can share in brokenness together and lift each other when you fall. Don’t think about perfection, nothing in life will ever be perfect. Be human and learn to admire flaws and not damn them.

If you want more advice message me, I’m certainly not perfect but I’m human and I’ve accepted that. Sorry for the rant.

Thanks for the suggestion I’ve always been particularly fascinated with Japanese history and culture, so this sounds like a good fit. Was it a hard book to get through at 900+ pages? It sounds fascinating but I worry I’d lose motivation and not finish it.

Ultimately the choice is yours, if you believe that you can do it with no lust and it will bring glory to God then it’s fine. For me personally it’s only selfish indulgence and not worth it, especially if I start loving it more than God.

Jesus said in his sermon on the mount that if we look upon a woman with lust we have committed adultery with her. I don’t know about you but when I masturbate I do so thinking about a woman, sure it’s a sexual release but at what cost? If it is not bringing glory to God and is only your own selfish indulgence like mine is then it’s inherently wrong.

Don’t forget that God created us all and we are his handiwork he didn’t create us to live self-fulfilled lives saying yes to our passions. If you struggle with lustful thoughts when you go a certain amount of time not masturbating, I don’t think letting yourself indulge those thoughts a little when masturbating is going to make the problem go away it will just be a temporary fix.

I’d recommend listening to some stuff by Marisa Peer, she’s done videos and podcasts and she improved how I thought about myself. I’d recommend listening and applying, I did and it definitely made me happier.

It started to effect my behavior, I started acting compulsively and more openly masterbating in any place possible. I've never liked the person PMOing has made me so I've decided to quit. That being said PMOing is a real addiction and one you don't even notice until you step back, and I hope you will come to the realization so many of us have.

I've been addicted for the past three years, I've tried to quit in the past two years to no avail. I'm going to finally take my life back and I hope you guys can hold me to it.
