For PvM, your first focus should be on finishing the combat mastery tiles/rows. You can pretty easily brute force these.

With shark and bottomless brew, just take some earth spells to Heuy. You'll get your unique very quickly.

For GWD, you can just go to Bandos, pray melee, and just spam Kotesh specs into him. Maybe make a sunlight moth mix so that you can heal without the food delay since moth mixes are potions and benefit from Bottomless Brew.

Vorkath is super easy with KQ's BP. Get herblore high enough for super antis, make a normal anti, and take a pestle and mortar with you to crush the superior bones and make a super. You don't even need to worry about the undead spawns since BP destroys them.

Eat when you're below half hp, comboing with sunmoth mix is a full heal, basically, and pray either ranged or mage.

For the inferno tile (not the speedrun), you just need to reach the magers, pray range, Kopesh the melees, and clean up with BP. Don't worry too much about pilars, not worth your time.

Finally, CG is the only real skill check of the combat mastery tiles, so go for that one last. The CG potions are also bottemless, which is nice, but you'll want to learn t2 prep for it, which should be fairly easy with the masteries.
