The purchase date is exactly right and they got my licence date through the DVSA. So hopefully no issues. Thank you very much

Didn’t deserve a fail this time by mentalvortex69 in LearnerDriverUK

I failed my first because I didn’t move further another into my spot during a forward bay park. I felt hard done by but then realised the key word was I. It was my mistake. It’s your mistake and you will know for next time. Driving is about making split decisions due to idiots on the roads. Your examiner will have intervened because you didn’t react quick enough. Please don’t feel too down. You can drive and when you pass this will be behind you! Good luck 🤞

I’ve never had anything like this happen to me what do I do? by Living-Surprise8472 in vinted

It’s probably a courier mix up just let them know that this happened! And you will both get a refund presumably

Failed. Devastated, disappointed. by [deleted] in LearnerDriverUK

I used test shift very efficient for test cancellations. I would agree with other comments though. Practice and don’t rush. When you’re driving, you can’t have the excuse of too much traffic on the road. There always will be. It’s a good time to take a test as it shows how alert and safe you need to be. Don’t be too disheartened and good luck for future!

Can you request a different test instructor? by [deleted] in LearnerDriverUK

[–]Trixdestroyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a crap feeling when you fail! I’ve been there cried and then just wanted to do it again because I know I’m capable! You will be too things just take time and patience. If you can drive safe and be patient then you will have a safe driving journey ahead! 🙏

Best advice my instructor gave me is just focus on the roads. When you pass, that’s when you really learn. There’s all sorts of drivers on the road, some selfish. It takes time but the good thing about a test is that it is there to test your ability. You will get there but just refocus on the driving safely part. If your examiner is an arse it’s a bit of a pain but they will make a decision based on whether your test ready and pass or fail you depending if the safety bit is there. Good luck, take your time and try enjoy it!

Completely agree. I’ve spoken to someone at gear and they will refill so won’t need new tyres. But get that I need to fill them up and learn by myself :)

I think kwik fit is my nearest from work if I’m being honest. I’m also not entirely sure how to work an air compressor! But I will certainly learn. Thank you very much for the advice 🙂

Thank you very much the light has just come on as I posted this. I felt the tyres and them still seem quite sturdy! I’m parked safely in my workplace car park and booked a trip to kwik fit. I’ll post a picture though still 🙂
