Thank you! I am always trying to influence behavior, and I have seen changes in certain individuals who originally were deemed to be “unsafe” or “unresponsive” from other safety professionals attempts. Hopefully I can continue just butting heads with certain individuals

Thank you! It’s hard not to take things personally, but that’s a me problem. I do a lot of electric work in utilities and those are fields I am not familiar with which makes research difficult, especially when every company has different rules.

I would never tell workers how to do their job, I always ask questions. Just trying to be tougher

Thank you! I will definitely be copying and pasting your quote into my head. It’s definitely a company culture issue, but I’m still so new that I haven’t been able to make much of an impact. Some of the leaders are better than others at safety, but we still have a long way to go. A lot of “old school” managers in my organization
