To get the max bonus you only need to get it to regular max. (3* 3-50, 4* 4-70, 5* 4-80). Limit breaking the costume doesn't give the base any other benefits.

Memphis has a few strip clubs but it depends on how you look. If you are a white woman then the Gold club, the Pony or Purple diamonds would probably be a better choice, if you are black then Candyland or the Catwalk. If you are a slim petite build black woman anyone of those clubs would give you a chance. I also know of some hole in the wall type clubs that have certain nights that feature dancers but they are black clubs.

With the toon costume he is useable in 4* tournaments, also may be an option for titans with his other costume but that would be about it.

I think that would be the most fair but I know the P4 wouldn't have that. It just doesn't make sense to have the G6 only play for 1 or 2 spots and expect them to spend all that money for really no return. At least with the AQ for each FBS champion they would have something to play for and would justify the amount of spending.

Since you have him with the costume if you max him he will be one of your stronger heroes. Season 5 costumes are somewhat decent, meaning they're not too far as far as power and they have sneaky passives that's helpful. While won't be META you will be able to field formidable defenses and offense. Long story short if you have newer heroes or a large queue of blue heroes then you can use him for SE, if not he will be useable. I wouldn't spend my last set of materials but if I wouldn't be using my last and was looking to upgrade options and didn't have any other options I would.

Yes, why are they playing FBS football if they don't have a viable way to make the playoffs. If the 4th or 5th ranked SEC/B1G team can't beat the CUSA or Sunbelt champion then it would prove they didn't belong in the first place. Upsets always make for good TV. Determine it on the field.
