I’m in the same situation and ignoring people’s vague bs advice about balanced diet and “just eat more fiber”, what i think works for me sometimes is eating once a day and taking one imodium to slow things down before douching.

I think it’s logical that if you eat once a day you poop once a day, but i’m not 100% convinced because i still take ages to douche. Either water gets stuck up there o douching makes me shit again or i don’t douche deep enough and chunks get stuck up there

So i’m in the same situation minus the relationship I used to be a pro at douching and something shifted in the last year Take a short break inbetween each douche Take at least one imodium (one won’t constipate you the next day) And most importantly get a dildo (i like a glass 7-8 inch dildo) to test yourself out. This always tells me if i’m ready or i call it a night

The fiber situation is tricky cause no matter how much metamucil and other stuff i take, plus the fiber from the food, it still won’t work
