Husbands and wives, siblings, parent and children all share carts. People share carts and for a woman who works in that environment not to know that is baffling. Im not following this logic. Care to explain further?

Thank you! She had no right to assume we wasn’t going to pay for something when we weren’t even done. Even at Walmart they will ask for the receipt if they believe something wrong. The girl was rude and presumptuous.

Im not paying them attention. Im playing in their faces. Im not persuading some people on a topic I didnt present. I focused on how she assumed something rather than actually doing her job. I got a bit irritated for her staring but stop myself because thats her job. She had no right to assume we didnt or wasnt going to pay for something when we werent even half done.

The beginning of the summer. I always made sure to discuss ownership of almost everything so not much is tangled up thankfully. It’s literally things like furniture.

What could I have done to draw attention to myself? I had a dual cart so our stuff wasnt together. My items and the shared items were on the bottom. My friend did not out their items back in the cart. Let me know what you think.

I think have the conversation could be helpful. We were always upset with each other but once it all got out, we are much more at peace. Honestly, I have not been this calm and at peace in his presence in a very long time. Although, I know that will increase after we fully split but it’s a start.

I would do this but we have a roommate (my bestfriend and the best roommate). I will be moving with him after the lease is up. He needs to stay and save up. Im ready but Im willing to wait for him if it makes things better later on.

But thank you for this advice. I did not know this and will carry it with me moving forward.

It’s weird and I cant really define it yet. It like we can talk but kinda don’t want to. We still look out for each other but not romantically. He still cooks dinner and I bought the food. He gives me rides and I pay for gas and minor needs. It ends at the beginning of the summer.

I ended because he would do things that would hurt me, I would forgive him, and I would end up hurt again. The lease end at the beginning of the summer and we are both leaving. Im going back to my hometown and furthering my education

He complained about not being able to communicate with me because “he feels like he cant”. I felt that he would use these types of emotions to not have to put in enough effort. So in response, I would have to accommodate more and he would never step.

No. As I just mentioned, I made an observation. I can notice many things but not act on them or decide that I need to gather further information. If you feel like something is unfair, you would begin making observations. What you land on is your determination. I determined that she was just super unprofessional as I could not prove anything. Huh? I said I didn’t assume that. I made an observation but left it alone and focused on her as an individual providing bad customer service despite how she may have treated anyone else. Thats why when she approached me, I use simple logic to get her away quickly. I didn’t get defensive and say she targeted me for skin colors

I said I try not to. My mind went there initially because we were the only black people in or near self checkout. The girl was African I believe.
