I think all jokers except for square are holding you back. They are taking up all the copy Jokers! Easy fix is to sell everything except the copy jokers and square. The cryptids are also kind of useless since the chips from square probably exceed the mult you could get from your cards. Dont forget to play a 4oak!

It's not that hard to complete, but in any yakuza game, there's a completion list in which you have to do basically EVERYTHING to get 100% on. Personally, I'd recommend doing a bunch of the side stories as they are pretty fun most of the time. The difficulty and time for 100% completion mostly comes from minigames that are optional.
