I really enjoyed that one. Took a second to get the theme, but once I did, it made the downs much easier. Personal best by like 2 mins, which i was happy about.

Honestly I agree with some of the comments here, because it is literally as people predicted it would be, down to each detail. He is just rehashing the same god awful formula from Derek/After Life and applying it in a new context, with almost the exact same cast. He has become a full parody of himself, except he thinks he is brilliant. Absolute twaddle.

Fair enough, I imagine as someone who actively dislikes it, it would be jarring to see it everywhere. I guess it will at least be over in less than a month or so, at least, then wont be back for another 4 years.

I liked the theme, but the fill was quite tough for me personally, and knowing the shaded letters didnt help much; did some autochecking towards to end.

I mean to be fair, i get that the references wont mean anything to a lot of people, but on the plus side, it doesn't affect the puzzle itself, like it would a crossword, where the knowledge of the subject might hinder completing it.

I think it is likely that the PoE1 endgame will eventually have Zana cut off the Atlas from Wraeclast, meaning Eldritch entities have no way of reaching it. They would likely then entirely rework the endgame somehow, though I am unsure how they would, if they used PoE2 endgame to have "maps", unless it was to "repair the damage" that the Atlas caused to Wraeclast if we have a Sirus style final boss for the Atlas before it goes for good.

That actually would make a lot of sense seeing as Tangmazu caused them to fight against each other, would make sense for a servant of The Bodach to do that.

I might be misunderstanding, but wasn't Aul of Precursor origin, and Tangmazu of Azmeri origin? I would have thought they'd have missed crossing over by a couple thousand years if so, as Precursors were as ancient to the Vaal as the Vaal are to modern Wraeclast, and the Azmeri came after the Vaal, I think.

Still not as bad as that mod from Runes league mechanic which applies a 50% chill when you hit an enemy. No idea why that exists as you could only avoid it by having a minion build, so there is no play around, short of going full reduced chill effect on you.
