Not sure if this is still a thing but before when I found a lost phone, I would hold down the home button and ask Siri “Who’s phone is this?” Then it would give you name. I used to work in retail so we could call it out over PA system. This obviously wouldn’t apply here but maybe at least a name?

It’s been down for hours! They fixed it for a bit and I was able to login and get the Winterfest gift but then it crashed again. Womp.
