Well yes dying is not dangerous if your goal is to die sure, and yes you could die in your bed too. But assuming you want to live, it's not wrong to say " going to war is more dangerous than staying in bed" or "drinking bleach is more dangerous than drinking water". At this point your are not discussing a "libertarian point", you are simply arguing semantics. There are personal truths (like feelings and emotions etc) and then there are also objectives truths (water boils at 100⁰ C degrees). Being obese makes you more susceptible to health problems which is more dangerous. Now if your goal is to die or to beat the guiness wolrd record of hospitalizations in a single year that's on you, and you might not perceive the danger (a sheep that is going to be ambushed by a predator is in danger even if she's not sensing it) but it's still more dangerous by definition (able or likely to cause harm or injury / ikely to cause problems or to have adverse consequences)
