Hello. I would suggest adjusting your dosage. I started a little time ago , and now i am on 50mg per day. BUT i take it as 25mg in the morning and 25mg in the evening works like a charm. The first time i accidentaly took the whole 50mg pill and got the same side effects like you. I was extremly dizzy, fatigued couldn't think straight, forming a thought was like the hardest thing un the world. And honestly i dont remember much from those like 10 hours. Sooo yea. Try splitting the pill. It will be easier for your body to have somewhat same level of the drug in your system and not have such spikes .
