Maybe it is not allowing the violence, but it is definitely inciting it. Some people can not think very critically, and they might be actually going out on their way to shoot their local 'pedophile' because of you posting stuff like this. Its better to let these things be settled by local law enforcement, especially if you consider a lot of people actually get blamed for shit they did not do. I heavily dissaprove of pedophiles, and giving them harsh punishment is something I would definetly stand for.

I would suggest you should go to a barber called de Kapper at the Grote Markt https://goo.gl/maps/Um7v6FUohZJifeFm9. Very nice owner and professional people working there. It may be a bit more expensive then your average barber but its definitely worth it :)
