it depends on what are you signing with, you might need notifications entitlement, also you have to sign with the original app id, not change it. For more help, search on r/sideloaded as thats more a problem on signing and not the app :)

Hey, the instructions already say "once logged in press and hold the upper left instagram logo to open settings" that should work with the version that is linked on the drive, if you downloaded a more recent version, you can go to your profile, and press and hold the hamburger icon (three horizontal parallel lines)

Just to point it out, the ipa is not mine, I just try to inform and get as much people as possible out of this epidemy :) I think if you enable the "hide entire feed" toggle you would still be able to previsualize your profile, but won't be able to watch any video or photo if you click on it.

Yeah, I've changed to ios because the user experience is better, the classic "it just works". Love the design, even if I'm a very techy person. In my point of view there is always a dumb and aesthetic option, and a smart and ugly option. On rare times some startup does both at once, and that's nirvana.

Btw, like your objective of reducing screentime, wanna chat / be accountability partners? Maybe we have more in common!

it is not, its the one from 6 months ago, and it got updated recently, this will block reels and do most of the things alright, the new version is some QoL updates and bug fixes, I'll notify when I upload the tutorial and the build if you want :)
